Global Undergraduate Exchange Program for Montenegro and Serbia provides full scholarships for one academic year of undergraduate, non-degree study in the United States beginning in August 2012. This generous scholarship opportunity covers all university tuition, books, room and board in university dormitories, all international and domestic travel, plus a monthly stipend and insurance. Selected students will have opportunities to participate in a most of campus organizations and activities; and engage in their American communities through civic participation and volunteerism to gain experience. Academically, students are eligible to take courses in both their major fields of study as well as electives. Students in nearly all majors are welcome to apply.
Global UGRAD for Montenegro and Serbia is open to all undergraduate academic fields of study, with the exception of medicine and law (as these are only available at the graduate level in the United States). The program is merit-based and all finalists are selected on the bases of academic excellence, leadership, English language proficiency, and their preparedness to study abroad. Global UGRAD is an equal opportunity program and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national and ethnic origin, or disability.
