Building on the success of its fourth year, the Global UGRAD (formerly FORECAST) Exchange program 2011/2012 currently has 30 Serbian students and 10 Montenegrin students at 20 U.S. universities. They began their academic year in the States in August 2011. They are excited to become unofficial ambassadors of their home countries to the U.S. and to understand more about American culture and the American university system.ed States.
