Craig Hempfling, Country Director
Craig has been with World learning since 2011. He is a senior international development consultant and project manager specializing in economic, agriculture & community development with emphasis on Local Economic Development (LED); value chain revitalization; monitoring & evaluation (M&E); and proposal writing. Fourteen years international experience; seven in management. Strong
computer skills; excellent writer and editor; effective manager, leader and organizational representative. Interested in new, creative development concepts; environmental programs; management support; and quality M&E.

Snezana Mijatovic, Program Manager, Global UGRAD         
Snezana has been working on the Exchange Program from 2006. She has sent five generations(155 participants) of Serbian and Montenegrin students to US. Before World Learning, Snezana worked for Canadian CIDA and Serbian Ministry of Education and Science. Her 15 years of experience in the world of education gave her the opportunity to get to know all layers of the education system – from  elementary schools to universities; from professional development of educators to educational exchange. She likes working with children and spent 10 years working in the classroom. Attending master program at her home university of Novi Sad.

Milena Otasevic,Program Officer, Global UGRAD
Milena is Program Officer on the student exchange program. She joined World Learning in 2009. Being an alumna of this program herself she combines experiences and brings different perspectives to the program and is currently working on organizing new alumni activities and projects in order to achieve greater community impact. Interested in international education, public policy and culture and heritage preservation. Graduated from University of Belgrade in English Language and Literature and currently working on her MA thesis.

Duska Medic, Program Officer, Global UGRAD
Duska first came to World Learning in 2009 to work as an Office and PTP Program Assistant. Later that year she was hired as Program Coordinator for PTP program. Since PTP program ended in May 2011 she joined Global UGRAD Exchange Program team. Interested in international education, local development and HR. She holds BA in Organizational Communication from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC.

Marija Nikolic, Admin and Finance Manager 
Marija has been with World Learning since 2008. With her nine years of experience in international organizations in the Balkans she is an executive finance, grants and office manager focusing on financial, grants, and educational programs’ management.  Her interests are in Finance and grants management, Monitoring and Evaluation, project/program development and reporting. Graduated in Community Youth Work from University in Jonkoping, Sweden. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics.
