For more than half a century, the people of the United States have supported international educational and cultural exchange programs as an investment in global understanding and peace. In that tradition, the US State Department Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, together with the US Embassies in Belgrade and Podgorica and their implementing partner World Learning, will implement this unique program. Since the beginning of this activity, previously known as FORECAST Exchange Program, 115 Serbian students and 40 Montenegrin, including 40 currently studying at American universities, have experienced this opportunity and returned to Serbia to continue their studies and embark on new careers and opportunities.
